Set the times you serve
Set each day of the week to lunch and dinner, to one long service, or to closed. Your opening hours are already filled in as a starting point, and one button copies a day across the whole week.
Table bookings
Your guests read your menu and book a table on the same website. The booking form is part of your own site and it comes with every paid plan. Every booking is yours, and you can take as many bookings a month as your tables allow.
For your guests
People decide to book while they're looking at your food. So the booking button is right there on every page of your site, and the form takes less than a minute.
For you, during service
The booking sheet is made for busy moments at the door. The first screen tells you who's coming, when they arrive, and anything special about their booking.
The booking sheet, as it looks on a phone at the door.
Setting it up
It takes a few minutes, and you only do it once. You say when you serve, how many people you can seat at once, whether bookings are accepted automatically or held for your yes, and which days you're closed. Then one press puts your website online at a web address we give you, with the padlock set up for you, and your booking page goes live with it.
Set each day of the week to lunch and dinner, to one long service, or to closed. Your opening hours are already filled in as a starting point, and one button copies a day across the whole week.
How many people you can seat at once, how long a table gets, and the biggest group you'll take online.
Accept every booking automatically, or approve each one yourself. Add a short note guests read before they finish, for anything you'd normally explain on the phone.
Take Christmas Day or your summer break off, and guests can see at once that you're closed. Your normal week carries on before and after, exactly as you set it.
Your booking page is part of your own site, at the address we give you, and at your own web address once you connect one.
Your regulars
Every booking you take goes on your list of regulars. We put bookings that share an email address or a phone number together as one guest. So when somebody who ate with you in March books again in October, you see their history next to their name.
We put two bookings together when the details clearly point to the same person, so you can trust what you read at the door.
Details we look after
We take care of six things behind the booking sheet, so what you read at the door is right on the busiest night of the year.
We count your free seats as each booking is made, so the table a guest books is theirs, even on the busiest Saturday of the year.
When the clocks go forward in spring and back in autumn, your service times stay exactly where you set them and your booking page carries on offering the same times.
A table booked for half past midnight still counts as Friday night's service. Every booking lands on the night it belongs to, however late you serve.
Names, emails and phone numbers sit behind your login, where only someone signed in to your account can see them. Your public website carries your menu, your photos and your story.
Every booking you take is kept for as long as your website exists, whatever you change in your settings later.
Bookings are part of your website, so we look after them along with the rest of it. It all happens in your browser, and we keep everything behind it running.
Other booking systems
Our own booking system comes with every paid plan. Setmore and SimplyBook.me work here too. Paste the link to your booking page and it becomes part of your new website.
It's built into your website. Every booking is yours, you can take as many bookings a month as your tables allow, and your bookings, your regulars and your website are all in one place.
Included in every paid plan
Paste your Setmore booking link and it goes on your site as it is. Your guests book on Setmore's own booking page, and your bookings stay with Setmore.
Bring your own
Paste your SimplyBook.me booking link and it goes on your site the same way. Your guests book on SimplyBook.me's own booking page, your bookings stay with SimplyBook.me, and SimplyBook.me can take deposits.
Bring your own
You're free to change your mind later, and every booking you've already taken stays safely in place.
Questions
You pay one monthly price for your website, and bookings come with it, whether you take four a month or four hundred. Every table you fill is entirely yours.
On your own website, at the web address we give you, or your own once you connect one, on a page that matches the rest of your site. Your guest picks a time, gives a name and a way to reach them, and they're done. The booking is between you and your guest, start to finish.
Of course. Most restaurants do both. Online bookings arrive already written down, in the right order, with the guest's contact details attached, ready whenever you look.
Yes. Turn approval on and each booking is held until you accept it. The sheet shows how many are waiting the moment you open it. A booking lands there as waiting for your yes as soon as your guest sends it, and your guest is told on the screen that it is not confirmed yet. If you want to say so earlier, put a line about it in the note guests read before they finish.
More of these on the questions page.
Your homepage is built free, so you can see the real thing before you decide. Going online and table bookings come with a paid plan, and one press puts your site online at a web address we give you.
